See qualifications for international studentsThis qualification provides the skills and knowledge for individuals to undertake strategic commercial and technical roles in the IT and Telecommunications industry. Individuals in this capacity collaborate with business leaders to set the IT and Telecommunications agenda, creating and deploying innovative and collaborative technologies that connect people and communities, enable superior levels of personal and collective productivity, and viably grow the IT and Telecommunications industry and enterprise profitability.
This course covers a range of units, including leading and managing business analysis tasks, sourcing, assessing and developing a business intelligence framework, identifying and evaluating ICT services in line with business goals, and developing a clear understanding around knowledge management and it’s strategic use in business. There will be a strong focus on developing cloud technology solutions, business planning and market research.
Classes are run using a range of flexible delivery models. Some classes are instructor led (in-class or online ) whilst others are self-managed online study. You can plan your-own timetable based on scheduled class times within the 12-month period. We recommend you plan this with a Student Support Officer when commencing your study.

To also gain the vendor certifications available through this qualification you must sit and pass the related exams. This is a recommended, optional element of the program but is not required in order to gain the qualification.
Students may apply for course credit if they can demonstrate the required skills and knowledge. Speak with a Student Support Officer for more information.

You will be needed to solve highly complex business and technical problems in geographically dispersed, dynamic and challenging environments.
