Overview:
The Foundation course in Change
Management offers delegates the
opportunity to understand, acquire
and practice the skills needed to
imbed change into their organisations.
The purpose of all projects and
programmes is to change something.
The tools and techniques covered
in this course give you the ability
to design and deliver projects and
programmes where the desired
change not only happens more
smoothly, but remains in place long
afterwards. Based on the work of
world-leading Change Management
experts Esther Cameron and Mike
Green, this course uses an integrative
approach, drawing on theories
and models of change from a wide
variety of sources to consider change
at the organisational, team and
individual level.
This three day course will provide
you with solid models for creating
long-lasting change within your
organisation. Case study sessions are
used throughout this course to focus
on the practical application of the
method and reinforce learning.
This course is offered publicly or can
be delivered in-house within your
organisation, with flexible timetables
which can be varied to suit your
availability.
This course leads to the APMG’s
