This qualification is ideal for those who have had experience in managing projects, or have been involved as a team member on projects and looking to progress their career as a Project Manager such as:
Business owners or operators
Professionals from a wide range of disciplines who have had little formal project management training
Anyone whose role requires the acquisition and development of project management skills, knowledge and attributes
Technically experienced staff moving into project management roles
Individuals aspiring to careers requiring project management competencies
Pre-requisites:
There are no formal entry requirements into this qualification however; the qualification is suited to participants who possess a sufficient grasp of the English language, adequate levels of intelligence, and appropriate attitude and motivation to enable them to undertake the demands of a Diploma level qualification.
Also access to, and an ability to use a computer for word processing, creating and maintaining spread sheets, creating and presenting slides, using project management software applications (such as Microsoft Project or Primavera) and internet access to locate and use relevant research material.

BSBPMG503A: Manage Project Time
Determine project schedules, implement project schedules and assess time management outcomes.
BSBPMG504A: Manage Project Costs
Determine project costs, monitor and control project costs and conduct financial completion activities.
