If your Windows 10 computers fail to startup properly, you can use various tools to resolve the problem.
You can use the Windows recovery environment to boot a windows machine in the PE environment and run a series a commands that will help you to diagnose and repair problems.
In order to access the Windows RE environment, boot your machine using the Windows 10 DVD and then press any key to boot from the CD/ DVD. Then select repair your computer from the setups screen.
Windows recovery tool offers, reset this PC, System restore, System Image Recovery, Startup Repair, command prompt and go back to the previous build.
Reset this PC reinstalls Windows 10 with two options: Keep my files and Remove everything.
System restore will restore a system to a previous checkpoint.
The system image recovery replaces your computers current operating system with a complete computer backup that you created previously.
Startup repair will repair most of the common startup issues.
With command prompt, you can run commands like bcdedit, bootrec /rebuildbcd etc.
