New Horizons Australia would like to thank you for your support this year. We are grateful to have been a part of your organisation's learning and professional development over the last 12 months.
Based on our favourite Christmas films, here are our top tips on having a safe, happy, and productive holiday season.
SAFE
Leave your school-aged offspring at home, unsupervised, when you head off on your overseas holiday. You will:
- Have a kid-free and stress-free break
- Keep your house safe from burglars
- Start renovations on your asbestos-containing house
HAPPY
Turn your partner’s work Christmas party into a mini war zone. Suggested activities:
- Ride ON TOP of the elevator
- ‘Take care’ of annoying colleagues
- Jump out the window onto a moving car for some fresh air
PRODUCTIVE
Take note from the elves: work doesn’t stop just because it’s Christmas! Here’s some ways to keep your hands busy:
- Save time by combining dessert with breakfast*
- Skip the small talk: swear lifelong friendship in your first conversation
- Put your pretty face on all your Christmas cards
*stick to the four main food groups: candy, candy canes, candy corns and syrup
Merry Christmas everyone!
