A good presentation is prepared, organised and, unlike Dilbert's, well-structured. As a presenter, however, this is not where your focus should be.
The fundamental goal of your presentation should be for your audience to leave the presentation changed. Rather than lecturing your audience, conduct an inclusive presentation where the audience is actively engaged. This not only leverages the groups intelligence, but also keeps them focused on your presentation.
