Why should you care about “culture”?

“Culture is how organisations ‘do things’.” — Robbie Katanga

Culture is consistent, observable patterns of organisational behaviour. As Aristotle said: “We are what we repeatedly do.” Just like a good habit takes time, a good organisational culture is not easy to build. We know for sure we cannot leave culture to chance. But…is good culture worth the hard work?
