This course introduces the capabilities of Sales Management in Microsoft Dynamics 365 that allow you to track and manage the sales process to close. The course also provides insight into sales process information, and introduces analysis and reporting. We also guide you through the tools that help make the internal processes simpler to better enable your sales teams.

Every attendee receives a course manual and are guided through a lab scenario by a Microsoft Certified Trainer.

Please note this is a half day course and is run as dedicated company training.

This module provides an overview of Dynamics 365 as a CRM.

The instructor will step you through registering for a trial version of Dynamics 365.

This module explains how to access, view and filter customer data.

  • Use advanced search

This module describes how you can interact, progress and monitor customer activity.

  • Marketing list
  • Qualify a lead
  • Send a quote
  • Insert an activity
  • Close an opportunity

This module takes you through the process of drilling down through sales reports so that you know when to engage or follow up customers.

  • Drill down into a sales report
  • Create sales dashboards
  • Export data to Excel
  • Send bulk emails

This course is designed for sales agents and sales managers.

No previous experience is required for this course. An understanding of the sales process is ideal.

After completing this course, students will be able to:

  • Create and send Quotes
  • Monitor customer activity and set sales activities using tools within Dynamics 365
