Authorised Prometric Testing Facilities

New Horizons partner with Prometric to deliver all IT certifications. Should you wish to take an exam, you can either call Prometric or book online. Our testing facilities are located on site at New Horizons locations across Australia for your convienience. Our facilities offer the best environment in which to undertake certification tests from vendors such as Microsoft and CompTIA among many others.

Booking a Test

• Call Thomson Prometric on 1300 728 203
• Inform the operator if you have tested before, if so remember to quote your ID number
• Specify which test you want to take (to ensure booking the correct test, find out the specific code prior to calling)
• Specify when you would like to take the test
• Specify where you wish to sit your test
• Confirm your details (name, address and company etc)
• Confirm your payment method (test voucher or credit card etc)
• Once your test has been booked you will then receive a confirmation letter in the post. This will include your unique ID number, which, you will need to quote each time you test.
  
  

Testing Centre Hours

• To book a test, please try and give at least 48 hours notice.
• Test enquiries can either be answered at any Training Centre reception or by calling Prometric directly.
